On June 14th, the European Union Mission for the rule of law in Kosovo, EULEX, is expected to change its mandate and presence in the country.
EULEX will turn into an advisory mission and will leave its executive powers. Details are still being discussed b the EU, writes the Voice o America.
10 years after being established in Kosovo, EULEX say that their mission is not accomplished yet, compared to the expectations of Kosovo citizens.
