The President of the Elbasan Court, Sulejman Kurti, will not be reconfirmed on his duty.
The decision was taken today by the Independent Commission for Qualification, composed of Judges Firdes Shuli, Lulzim Hamitaj and Valbona Sanxhaktari.
Kurti had problems verifying some properties bought with unjustified resources.
A secret report also suggests that he has had contacts with members of organized crime.
