Three opposition Election Central Commission members returned to the ECC meeting. The vice chairman of this institution, Dëshira Subashi, and members Artan Laze and Pandeli Varfi had been missing in ECC meetings for three months.
The opposition returns at the ECC after the official launch of May 8th local elections.
Meanwhile, ECC is discussing today the locations where votes will be officially counted in Elbasan district.
