Council of Europe Development Bank anniversary

The Prime Minister Sali Berisha held a dinner at the Palace of Brigades,
for the anniversary of Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB).

During his speech, the Head of the Albanian government declared that CEB is one of most important and less bureaucratic institutions in Albania, the investments of which reach 130 million Euro.

“Investments reach 130 million Euro, addressed to most significant areas such as the education system, health system, stable rural development, infrastructure and war against poverty. All projects have met successful developments. CEB is one of most efficient and less bureaucratic institutions that cooperates with Albania”, Berisha declared.

“Every Albanian has a dream: Albania, a developed country. This is an ambitious and difficult project, but achievable. We are doing everything for realizing it. We are convinced that in this country there are all human and natural potentials for achieving this goal”, the Albanian Prime Minister emphasized.
