While the Parliament is selecting the new members of the Supervisory Council for the Bank of Albania, the Commission of Economy approved the candidates that will be voted in a plenary session.
The government proposed Suela Popa, former Director of the Rural Development Agency and wife of the SMI MP, Vangjel Tavo; Mrs.Edlira Luci and former Democratic Party Minister of Finances, Ridvan Bode.
Bode said that he would keep away from political affiliations in the board. The other candidates are Artan Hoxha; former Finance Minister Arben Malaj; and the Professor of Economy, Luljeta Minxhozi.
