CEC Chairman: 34% participation until 16:00

Speaking on Top-Channel, Ristani declared that the pretenses on the
security finger-ink problems are unfounded, since the ink was checked
and certified and cannot be manipulated.

Speaking on the participation, the chairman of the Central Election
Commission said that according to current information, 34% of the
citizens have voted until 16:00.

Ristani also emphasized that it is allowed that people who are under the
police custody, awaiting trial, to vote like everyone else that has the name on the list.
