Central Election Commission approved some minutes ago, with four votes
of the Democratic Party members in favour and three votes of the Socialist
Party members against, the changes done on the summary report of Zonal Election
Commission 49.
Democratic Party CEC members are currently requesting the approval of the new result that came out after counting miscast and contested ballots, which declares winner Lulzim Basha, while the Socialist CEC members are opposing and asking a postponement.
Earlier the day, the Central Election Commission announced on the official web page the preliminary result that shows Rama as winner with 10 votes ahead.
