German newspaper, “Bild”, published new materials with recorded audio files of Albanian officials, including PM Edi Rama.
The first video shows Rama speaking on the phone with Arben Keshi, an official of the Interior Ministry.
In this audio, Rama is heard asking Keshi if someone had realized the plan that was requested from him. According to Bild, this person has been in charge of buying votes.
