Berisha: Tirana voted DP; let’s wait CEC results

The Prime Minister Sali Berisha declared that Tirana voted the
Democratic Party, but he emphasized to wait the results of the Central
Election Commission to know Tirana’s new Mayor.

“I do not announce any winner. My political force and I will stand determined to protect any citizen’s vote. Tirana voted the Democratic Party, because our campaign was directed with the highest level of civility by our candidate”, Berisha declared.

According to him, any attempt to damage the right of appealing the process means hitting the heart of the system.

The leader of the Democratic Party declared that the citizens supported the Democratic Party in these elections and promised on the behalf of the government that the reforms will transform Albania into a beautiful garden.

The Democratic Party leader accused his opponent, Edi Rama, of using unpleasant words against the right centered coalition, while he himself avoided any kind of offence.
