The head of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, Sokol Balla, confirmed that the European Commission is about to open the accession negotiations with Albania, as confirmed by international media.
The Democratic Party leader, in the meantime, is attending a visit with German leaders in Berlin. Balla said he hopes that Basha will talk well about his country.
“Every responsible Albanian citizen must speak for his country’s interest when he speaks in English or Albanian about it”, Balla said.
