While the number of Albanian MPs is now at 102 out of 140, another candidate from the opposition is handing over the Decriminalization Application, admitting this way to receive his mandate.
The “traitor”, as the opposition calls the candidates who refuse to obey the boycott, comes from the Democratic Party in Tirana.
His name is Erion Piciri, who raced together with Eduard Selami against Lulzim Basha in the internal elections of 2017 for the party’s leadership.
