The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, declared in the first government meeting after the devastating earthquake that those who are going to build homes in rural areas will receive 2 million ALL immediately, under government supervision to guarantee all construction parameters.
As for those who are now homeless because of the devastation, the government will offer 100% of their rent for one year.
