Albania and El-Salvador sign visa-free travel agreement

El Salvador is added to the list of countries where Albanians can travel visa-free.
The agreement was signed by the respective Foreign Ministers, Ditmir Bushati and Carlos Castaneda, in a bilateral meeting during the UN Assembly session in New York.
The agreement aims to facilitate travel between both countries and reinforce relations in all areas,
This way, Albania has more possibilities to increase economic exchange even with remote countries such as El Savador.
Both ministers also discussed Albania’s candidacy for a non-permanent post at the Security Council of the UN for the 2022-2023 period.
