Two thirds of private properties in Albania have registration problems.
The Director of the National Registration Agency, Artan lame, said that there are 2.5 million properties that need to be registered and measured once again.
More than 600.000 properties are still unregistered, most of which state properties in the southern coastline.
The situation with the properties in Albania has been very complex and problematic for the past 29 years.
