The Vlore Police has prevented a triple murder today in the Transbalkan road and arrested the suspect in the act.
Two people had been under police surveillance for a long time. Officers intervened this Thursday by preventing a criminal event that could have had serious consequences.
The suspect, Eduard Xh. Beli, 35, resident in Vlore, was caught with the weapon he was about to use for the crime.
The target were three residents from Vlore, respectively 40, 34 and 38.
