Village reeve kills citizen

A tragedy took place this Saturday in Berdice, Shkoder, when the
village reeve and former employee of the Forest Police, Hil Caku, shot to death another citizen, Lazer Paloka, and turned
himself to the police after the crime.

Paloka was shot several times and the wounds caused immediate death, without giving him the chance to go to the regional hospital.

The motives remain a mystery, while the police has started preliminary investigation.
