Vetting Law demands more staff

The Independent Commission of Qualification has made a request demanding more personnel in several sectors, and also for changing staff payments.

The request was sent to Speaker Gramoz Ruci; to the Chairman of the Commission of laws, Ulsi Manja; to the Minister of Justice, Etilda Gjoni; to the Minister of finances, Arben Ahmeti; to the General Secretary of the Council of Ministers, Engjell Agaci.

The Commission demands 8 economy advisers, two translators, two protocol specialists, two judiciary specialists and a sanitary worker.

This is a new constitutional institution with a five-year mandate, created by the recent Constitutional Amends, brought by the Judicial Reform, which aims to create and independent and professional judiciary, free from corruption.
