US Vice President Mike Pence arrives in Montenegro, ready for Balkan Summit

The US Vice President, Mike Pence, landed today in Montenegro where he
was received by Prime Minister Dusko Markovic. This is the first visit
of a highl-level US official in Balkan, since Donald Trump was elected
President.
Pence arrived in Montenegro accompanied by his wife, Karen, continuing his European tour which started with a visit in Estonia and which will continue with another stop in Georgia.
In Podgorica, Pence will meet with the Montenegrin President, Filip Vujanovic, and Prime Minister Dusko Markovic.
On Wednesday, Pence will be part of the Adriatic Charter Summit, with the leaders of Western Balkan countries.
This summit will have the Presidents or Prime Ministers of Montenegro, Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and other representatives from Kosovo, Serbia and Macedonia.
