The meetings of the Parliamentary Groups started this Tuesday. The US
and EU ambassadors, Donald Lu and Romana Vlahutin, were both present in
the meetings.
The first stop was at the Socialist HQ, where Vlahutin and Lu observed the meeting of the Socialist Parliamentary Group.
After concluding the meeting with the Socialist MPs, the two high-level diplomats will go to the Socialist Movement for Integration HQ, where they will do the same thing.
The agendas changed and the SMI held the meeting before the Democratic Party, who have postponed their meeting this Wednesday, since their leader is on a business trip in Italy.
The unusual tour of the ambassadors was announced, and they said it was part of their efforts to understand the stance held by parties regarding the justice reform, a reform that Washington and Brussels alike insist should pass within June.
