The IPSOS agency poll for Top Channel was conducted in the period 10 to 16 February 2021, in wwhich 1,527 voters were interviewed in 12 districts of the country.
The main question ‘If the elections of April 25 would be held now, for which of the parties would you vote?’, 49.5 percent of respondents say they will vote for the socialist party, which in this election runs alone.
As for the largest opposition party, the Democratic Party led by Lulzim Basha, 39.3 percent of respondents said they would vote for it. In third place is the SMI led by Monika Kryemadhi with 5.1 percent of the vote. The poll was conducted before the annoncement of the coalition between the two main opposition parties.
In the poll, in fourth place came Nisma Thurje party with 1.7 and in fifth place the Democratic Movement with 1.4 percent.
The poll also asked who voters thought would win the April 25 vote. On this question 44 percent of respondents think that the Socialist party will win the elections, 24 percent thought that the Democratic Party will win the elections and 2 percent think that the Socialist Movement for Integration would win.
