After the Albanian government established a toll payment system for the road that connects Durres with Kukes, and then with Kosovo, the government of Kosovo is also preparing to install the system on their roads as well.
More specifically, it will be on the Ibrahim Rugova highway, completed in 2013 and which connects Kosovo with Albania; and the “Arben Xhaferri” highway which connects Prishtina with Skopje, and which is expected to be completed this year.
Rexhep Kadriu, the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure said for Radio Free Europe that the feasibility study on this matter will be done next year.
