Tirana roads blocked for three hours for Kerry’s visit

The three-hour visit of the US State Secretary in Tirana will be
followed by strong security measures. Kerry will be received at the
Tirana Airport by the Albanian President.

The Police will implement security measures of maximal level, by blocking the main roads to the city center. All roads will have officers patrolling.

The Police will announce the plan on Saturday. The US State Secretary will meet PM Rama and the opposition leader at the PM Office and Hotel Rogner.
