Tirana Mayor: “Public transportation has improved significantly”

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, said that the public transportation
in the capital has improved, making more people prefer it over using
cars.
“Our polls show better results than one year ago. 50% of the people say there are better travelling conditions. One year ago, 90% were not satisfied”, the Mayor said.
Veliaj added that the number of people using public transport is higher than those who use private cars, which shows that infrastructure investments should focus on public transportation.
