Tirana Local Tax Director arrested over power abuse

The Tirana Police arrested the Head of the Regional Tax Office in Tirana, Androkli Kokthi.
Kokthi was arrested after an investigation that lasted several months. He was accused of power abuse and corruption.
Kokthi has abused with products seized by the Tax Office in huge financial amounts.
