Tirana, 922 families left homeless by earthquake have their rent paid

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, and the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, met with the residents of damaged houses near Sauk, Tirana.

More than 922 families had their rents paid by the government after their homes were affected by the earthquake. This covers 92% of the families in the area.

The Prime Minister said that this is only the beginning and that they will keep working to cover everyone and progress with the reconstruction program.
