A love story between two teenagers, opposed by the families, led to a massacre with three victims and two seriously injured today in Klos, in the northeast of Albania.
The massacre happened today around 14.00 in a bar where the two families had gone to clarify the circumstances and views on the issue.
17-year-old Kenado Shira was in love with the 16-year-old daughter of Fiqiri Mjeshtri, who did not accept this relationship, so he went to the bar along with his two brothers, Besnik Mjeshtri, a municipal police officer, and Fatmir Mjeshtri, while the 17-year-old came accompanied by his father Ilir Shira.
But tragically instead of being clarified, the situation precipitated to the use of firearms and as a result of the shooting, 17-year-old Kenado Shira died at the scene.
A few minutes later, his father Ilir Shira also died in the hospital, while Renato Hasula and Eglant Hasula, who have social ties with the shooter, father of the girl, and have been injured after Fiqiri Mjeshtri lost control of the weapon, and are seriously injured in the Trauma Hospital. Eyewitnesses told the police that the massacre was carried out by the Mjeshtri family, and precisely the father of the girl in question, who later committed suicide, according to reports.
Fiqiri Mjeshtri left the scene but was later found by the police having committed suicide in one of the suburban streets of the city.
