This is how Courts released killer of Czech tourists

While the Ministry of Justice is inspecting the Courts in Shkoder,
unofficial sources show that judiciary institutions have been aware of
the verdicts against Sokol Mucaj  (the killer of two Czech Tourists) as
regards his previous sentence for the murder of a 13-year-old during a
robbery.

Unofficial sources confirm for Top Channel that the parents of the killed child have complained at the High Council of Justice right after the Court of Appeal in Shkoder held a tolerant stance against the killers of the child and changed Sokol Majcaj’s charges from “murder in qualified circumstances” to “obstructing justice”.

The parents of the child have sent the same letter to the Prosecution General, but their efforts for justice have not been taken in consideration even by the Supreme Court, which left in power the verdict of the Court of Appeal in Shkoder.

Majcaj has been tried for the murder of the 13-year-old as a minor, since by then he was just 15 years old. He testified at the Court of First Instance that he had learned about the crime by his two friends, who had slaughtered the child for two cell phones.

The Shkoder Court considered Majcaj as collaborator, saying that he had even taken the child to the murder scene for the attack. For this reason, he received a 10-year sentence. But the Court of Appeal in Shkoder changed the First Instance verdict and sentenced Majcaj to six months in prison for failing to report a crime.  A verdict that was left in power by the Supreme Court, which set Majcaj free.
