Thermal waters’ tourism in Elbasan, still dominated by visitors from Kosova

During the periods April-May and September-October, the natural thermal waters in Tregan of Elbasan in central Albania, are frequented by about 10 thousand tourists, 90% of whom are citizens of Kosovo.
Although an increase in prices was predicted based on the general trend of increasing costs, it seems that in the area prices fluctuate in the same figures, as it is claimed by vacationers and hotel operators.
Kosova older citizens have been frequenting the thermal waters in Elbasan for more than 15 years now, as they themselves affirm, due to their curative qualities and the competitive prices of the establishments.
