The Socialist Party want CEC Chairman dismissed for violating decriminalization law

The Socialist Party proposes for the Central Election Commission Chairman, Klement Zguri, to be dismissed from his duty.

SP say that Zguri has violated the decriminalization law by not voting to fire the Mallakastra Mayor, who appears to have been sentenced for theft.

SP reminds article 18 of the Electoral Code, and remind that Zguri was appointed CEC Chairman through a political agreement that is already expired.
