The suspected perpetrator of the murder of 47-year-old Arjan Gosa the night before in Kavaja, Habib Rexha, is still on the run, while authorities made public the footage of the perpetrator leaving the scene unmasked and the crime weapon is wrapped in newspaper and hidden in a white bag.
The serious incident took place last evening in Kavaja district no. 1, while investigative actions led to the identification of the perpetrator of the crime, but not yet to his capture.
The police have made 10,000 euros available to any citizen who provides information about Habib Rexha’s location.
Habib Rexha, based on the footage of the security cameras and the verifications made, allegedly shot and killed Arjan Gosa, who was sitting in the bar where he usually drank his late afternoon coffee.
Gosa was with his 78-year-old father when he was shot with a single bullet in the head.
In less than two months, the 78-year-old lost his two sons in two related criminal incidents.
The police stated that the murder was committed for revenge motives. Habib Rexha is the brother of Altin Rexha, the 43-year-old who was killed in the double murder that happened on March 29 in Kavaja.
31-year-old Habib Rexha decided to take revenge on his brother’s executioner, Edmond (Armand) Gosa, who was also killed in March.
