Socialist deputy Erion Brace, also chairman of the Parliamentary Commission of Economy, in a recent post on “Facebook” writes that he thinks that a profound legal, structural and human reform is still needed at the Bank of Albania.
And that the Governor of the Bank of Albania has either the morality, nor the strength, trust or right to do so. But on the other hand, says Brace, the petition proposed today by Civil Society aims to remove the focus from theft to confront people with the government and Parliament.
According to Brace, who refers to several points of law, “the government has restrictions to suspend the Governor or other members of the Supervisory Council. The Socialist Deputy writes in “Facebook” that anyone who attempts to find the thieves, not in the Bank of Albania, but deliberately in the Assembly, are mistakes made on purpose.
On the other hand, Braçe proposes that the law for the Bank of Albania should be freed from restrictions that, according to him, are intentional to protect the Governor caught in a moral, executive, administrative and criminal fault.
