MP Mesila Doda reported the blockage of the Doda-Idrizi draft for the
decoration issue. She said that the security commission has not taken a
decision when they reviewed this law, but they returned it to the
council of legislation, but those who proposed it were not invited at
the hearing session.
Doda said that this is an unprecedented act for the Parliament, since the Commission of Security has reviewed the law for removing medals of honor and have not received the decision to pass in a plenary session.
“A pathetic effort to block the law without taking it to a plenary session. They can block it with votes, but the Parliament will be blocked until the end. Otherwise, this Parliament will not be legitimated after this unprecedented act for closing the procedures”, Doda said.
Mrs.Doda added that she will respect the regulation until the last day, and that there is no formal passage from the DP to the PJIU.
