The correction of the Kosovo-Serbia border, according to President Hashim Thaci, will have international support, if both countries can include it in the agreement that is expected to be reached through the Brussels’ dialogue.
Today, Thaci spoke in a press release about the historic possibility that Kosovo and Serbia have to correct the border peacefully, in an agreement that would include the southern communes of Serbia with ethnic Albanians: Presheva, Bujanoc and Medvegja, joining Kosovo.
As for Kosovo, according to Thaci, there is no option for diving any part of it that could be joining Serbia.
However, Thaci is skeptical that Belgrade would allow its southern regions join Kosovo.
The President spoke for the first time about the possibility of letting the people of Kosovo decide through a referendum.
