Telekom Albania sold to Bulgarian Company also shared by Albanian businessman

Telekom Albania was officially sold to Albania Telecom Invest AD, a Bulgarian company owned by Spas Roussev, and also by the Albanian businessman, Elvin Guri.

The purchase was announced by the OTE Group in Greece, which controls Telekom Albania.

The CEO of this group, Michael Tsamaz, said that the sale of Telekom Albania concluded a successful investment in Albania for this group, and that the decision was strategic. According to him, the new buyers will increase the company’s position in the Albanian market.
