Two teenagers were lost today in the Ochrid Lake of Pogradec, after they took a boat in the lake,
The missing persons are Ardian Kosturi and Aleks Kula, who had rented a boat and went deep in the lake without turning back.
Holiday makers noted the empty boat and called the police, which could only identify the two boys from the personal objects left on the boat.
Divers have been searching since 13:00 this Wednesday for the bodies of the boys from Libonik, while relatives have confirmed that they had left home without telling them.
The police spoke with the boat owners, Ilia Shyta, to verify the procedures that need to be followed for hiring a boat.
The law may have been violated, because only people about 18 years of age and with an identity card can hire a boat.
