The Albanian leaders of a drug gang, Jurgen Molla and Arif Cico, met in
Kosovo with the Turkish Abubekir Tuncedemir, who was to sell them
heroin.

Molla sent to Prizren 230.000 EUR through his trusted friend, Orges Myftaraj, as a guarantee. On the same day he met with Arben Prendi and gave him 8000 for the transportation of heroin. The drug was stored in a location closed to Prishtina.

Later reports show two Turkish citizens handing over a case with the drug to Arben Prendi. A few hours after this operation, the police arrested Prendi while crossing the Morina border checkpoint with 15 kilograms of heroin in his car. Jurgen Molla notified his collaborator, telling him: “They were caught. Cut the cellphones”.

Six months after this hit, the gang is activated once again with Abubekir Tuncedemir trafficking 15 kg of heroin grom Turkey to Thessaloniki. He intermediated with Jurgen Molla to transport the drug even further.

Molla agrees on the phone to buy 5 kg of heroin. The transcripts show the dialogue between Molla and Shyqyri Kotorri, who is suspected to be the representative of this gang in Greece.

When they speak on the phone, the drug is mentioned as “concrete”. But DEA and the Police intervened once again and caught the two Turkish transporters. 10 months later, 10 other gang members were arrested in Greece.

The same scheme was followed by the authorities for a third trafficking episode of the same group.
