Special College of Appeals leaves in effect the discharging of Constitutional Court Judge, Fatmir Lulo

The Special College of Appeals left in effect the order to discharge Constitutional Judge Fatos Lulo.

Lulo was the first judge discharged through the Vetting Process after the Commission analyzed his assets.

The order has now to be implemented, as there is no other instance to appeal it. He will only be able to take it outside Albania, in Strasbourg.
