A few days before the members of the Socialist Party vote for the
referendum on their leader, the Socialist MP, Blerina Gjylameti, said
the 81.572 members will vote in 383 polling stations. For administrative
unitsw where the number of members is high, there are 15 other polling
stations.
Those registered after December 31st 2015 will not vote. Gjylameti answered to the accusations of Blushi about not allowing observers. “It may be difficult to find observers for 383 polling stations and 15 others. The observers of the SP will be there. The decision of Socialists will be counted carefully based on a transparent and democratic process”, Gjylameti said.
The referendum needs 51% participation.
