SP officializes investigation request for MP Noka

A group of Socialist Party MPs made an official request to the
Prosecution General for verifying the data declared by the Democratic
Party MP, Flamor Noka, as part of the decriminalization process.

1/10th of the Socialist MPs who have made the request say that Noka has failed to declare that he has been held and evicted from a foreign country.

The law for decriminalization removes the mandate of any elected public official who hides information from the declaration. Based on these facts, the Socialists asked the Prosecution General to investigate MP Noka.

“We will use the same method for Alban Zeneli, a Democratic Party MP who served in prison, and Arben Ristani, the second person in charge of the Democratic Party, also sentenced to prison. The Socialist Party appeals the Prosecution General to work with the investigation of Flamur Noka, Arben Ristani,Albani Zeneli and anyone else who represents this party and who have problems with decriminalization”, Alfred Peza said.

Flamur Noka was mentioned by the media and the Socialist Party of hiding an arrest in 1991 by the security authorities of former Yugoslavia.
