The EU Ambassador, Luigi Soreca, declared in a meeting between the Ambassadors and the Albanian PM that everyone was hugely affected by what happened with the earthquake.
“We are affected by what happened with the earthquake. The EU team is on-site to help with the situation. There have been obstacles and problems, but the structures are responding to every need. We must be close and ready to assist”, Soreca said.
“The mechanism must be efficient. The EU only is not enough. We are committed and we are showing it in this important moment”, Soreca said.
