Soreca appeals for unity on 10th anniversary of Albania’s Stabilization Association Agreement

While reminding the 10th anniversary of the Stabilization Association, the EU Ambassador to Tirana, Luigi Soreca, underlined that it is time for unification, so that the country can progress with the EU integration.
Soreca wrote on Twitter that despite the visible progress made in the past 10 years, Albania has still a lot to do.
“10 years ago, on April 1st, 2009, the Stabilization Association entered in effect and Albania officially started its EU path. In these 10 years, Albania has made visible progress in many areas. There are still many changes that need to be addressed, especially as regards the rule of law. It is now time for all institutions, political parties, civilian society, private sector and everyone elese, to work together for pushing the country further”, Soreca said.
