Socialist MP Brace: “The government must apologize for not communicating with people about toll fee”

He said that the residents should be left out of the toll fee, since it is not a highway, but an urban street.

“From what I have seen, that’s an urban road that allows a district to travel faster to other areas of the country. The second purpose of that road is reducing povery in the area. The recent events showed that the poverty in Kukes has not been reduced. The road did not increase the economy in Kukes, as promised, despite the huge construction cost and also the cost of theft. I don’t care about the money that will pay Lulzim Basha, Sali Berisha, Monika Kryemadhi, Sali Berisha, etc. I am interested about that category. All of Albania gave its solidarity for the construction of that road, but it didn’t reduce poverty. You should have communicated with people, with MPs, with the media, Not only you, as Minister, but the entire government”, Brace said.

Brace said that the residents should be left out of the fee, together with the urban service, so that it doesn’t influence the ticket price.
