The six former members of the Democratic Party who are being prosecuted under criminal charges, say that the decision taken by the Prosecution of Tirana against them is invalid.
Former MP Alibeaj said that they met with the Prosecutor today just for respecting the law, and asked him to support the charges with evidence.
The former MPs asked the Prosecution to start investigating a criminal report filed by them since February 19th.
The former MPs are accused of using violence against law-enforcement officers inside the Tirana Police Directory.
