While waiting for the German experts to send their report on the memory
card of the helicopter that crashed two months ago, the Shkoder
Prosecution is still investigating if the helicopter was conducting a
regular flight.
The Prosecution has summoned the Air Traffic Director, Arben Sula, to receive specifications about the flight agenda.
Although the flight was from the military, investigators will also interrogate representatives from the civil aviation authority.
There will be other interviews with officials who release technical certificates, such as Inspector Skender Loli.
The Prosecution has also questioned Altin Lame, the Vice Colonel who was suspended by the Ministry of Defense since the day of the flight he was not on duty, but he was engaged with a private flight company.
According to the Prosecution, Lame should have signed the flight agenda, which he has not done.
The crash took the life of Donald Hoxha and Florian Deliu, while the survivor, Gerald Barmuca, claims he doesn’t remember anything.
