The Mufti of Shkoder, Muhamet Syrtari, condemned the French terror
attacks and said that killing of people on behalf of God and of any kind
of religion is an act of the devil.
He appealed all religious communities to pray and work harder for peace.
“Dear brothers and sisters. I sincerely invite you to pray and give our best to show ourselves as true Muslims, as life builders, distances from worshipers of the devil who seed terror on behalf of God. I invite religious communities to pray and raise awareness among devotees to have them morally and spiritually distanced from any kind of terror, inter-religious hate and violence that turn us against each other, by giving the damned devils the territory to build their empires of darkness and destruction”, Mufti Syrtari declared.
