Serbia stops KLA pictures at border, Thaci: “Art must not be stopped by politics”

The Serbian border police have blocked a photo catalogue with symbols of KLA, Kosovo and Albania, part of an exhibition from artist Eliza Hoxha, which is planned to be displayed in Belgrade.

The exhibition is part of an initiative for exchanging artistic activities, as a tool to normalize relations.

Many have reacted in Kosovo against this ban, including President Thaci, who said that art, culture and sport should not be blocked by politics, especially when it is dedicated to peace and reconciliation.
