Robbers who killed bus passenger arrested

Gjirokaster Police say they have found the evidence that brought the arrest of four young men.

They are: Klejdi Tringa, born in 1994, Tepelen, Memaliaj; Gentian Beqiraj, born in 1985, in Memaliaj; Besmir Ruci, born in 1991, Memaliaj; and Jurgen Lola, born in 1992, Memaliaj.

These citizens were arrested after the police verified that Tringa, Ruci and Lola, with the help pf Gentian Beqiraj, had planned to make a robbery in a bar of their village, Vasiar. Under the effect of narcotics they have tried to stop the bus for robbing them.

After the driver accelerated and failed to stop, the authors have shot the bus and injured two passengers, one of whom, Laurent Tabaku, passed away at the Fier Regional hospital.

Klejdi ringa, Besmir Ruci and Jurgen Kola have used a vehicle owned by Klejdi Tringa. The police found 5.6 grams of narcotics, cannabis sativa, which has been used by the authors before the attack. The weapon of the crime was thrown in the Vjose River. The investigation showed that Gentian Beqiri is also a collaborator, since he is the one giving them the weapon of the crime.
