Retired teacher opens private museum with representative objects of northern Albania

In the village of Plezhe, in the municipality of Vau i Dejes, retired teacher Ndoc Shaba has created himself a rare museum with representative objects from the region.
He has accumulated thousands of objects symboliziong the identity of families in northern Albania.
In show are old household utensils, weapons over 200 years old, radios and gramophones, cradles, cameras and as main attraction are the traditional costumes of different northern areas.
Ndoci says, among other things, that his museum carries national historical and cultural values, therefore he wants it to be rebuilt and organized in the function of Albanian tourism.
