Red and Black Alliance accused the Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, for the serious economic situation of the Albanian people.

Myslym Pasha, representative of the RBA, declared that the Prime Minister is trying to hide poverty through absurd declarations that make Albania look a country with high standards.

“Berisha denies the difficult economic situation in a time when the public debt is on its highest level and when we are the most corrupted country and with a scandalous government”, Pasha declared.

Pasha also reported the presence of a series of phenomena in the country that according to him ruin the Albanian society each day more.

“Poverty and misery are growing as businesses feel threatened. The countryside is disappearing, blood feuds are taking lives and children are living isolated in their homes. We need a new model to bring back the free vote at our citizens”, Pasha declared.

His declarations referred to the meeting that the Prime Minister held with his cabinet members, a meeting he dedicated to the economy. Berisha declared that while Europe and the entire world is facing an economic slowdown, Albania is having a stable economic growth.

The Prime Minister focused on the report of the Boston group, which analyzed 51 development indicators in the world to assess how national assets and economic growth affected the well-being of the citizens.
