Rama to emigrants: “Call relatives and tell them to vote”

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, appealed the Albanian emigrants to encourage their relatives in Albania to vote.
Rama declared on a Facebook post that vote is an investment.
“Those who are immigrating must call their relatives and tell them to vote, because their vote is an investment for you too”, Rama writes.
